All historical performance figures, regime records, and return comparisons shown on this website are hypothetical and based on applying Elephant Index rules to historical price and liquidity data. They do not represent actual trading results achieved by any fund or account.

Hypothetical results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading, they cannot account for the impact of financial risk, execution costs, slippage, liquidity constraints, or the emotional and psychological factors affecting real-world decision-making. The ability to execute the strategy as illustrated is not guaranteed.

Past performance

Past performance — whether actual or hypothetical — is not a reliable indicator of future results. The Elephant Index has performed differently across different market regimes and may underperform or produce losses in future conditions. No guarantee is made that the Index will step aside before future drawdowns or capture future bull markets.

Capital at risk

Investing in equities, digital assets, or any risk asset involves the risk of partial or total loss of capital. The Nasdaq-100, Bitcoin, and high-yield credit are volatile asset classes. Leveraged strategies amplify both gains and losses. Only invest capital you can afford to lose.

Index limitations

• —The Elephant Index is a monthly index. It does not protect against intra-month drawdowns.
• —Regime transitions are confirmed on the monthly close. There is inherent lag between a regime shift occurring and the Index confirming it.
• —Rules were frozen at the 2026 finalization and every monthly position has been hash-stamped since July 2026, but no rules-based system can guarantee it will continue to perform as it has historically.
• —Execution quality, tax treatment, and transaction costs will affect real-world outcomes and are entirely the responsibility of the subscriber.

• —BanksKnow: The Index subscription platform. Operated by Hedge Capital a.s. (Czech Republic). Provides the Elephant Index as a data and research product. Not a regulated financial service provider.
• —Hedge Capital a.s.: Czech Republic research entity. Develops and maintains the Elephant Index methodology.
• —Hedge Capital Ltd: Separately regulated private Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) registered in Gibraltar under the Financial Services Commission. Deploys the Elephant Index in managed subfunds for qualified investors. Distinct from and not affiliated with BanksKnow for regulatory purposes.
