Who we are

BanksKnow is operated by Hedge Capital a.s., a Czech Republic research entity. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use banksknow.com and any subscription services offered through it. It is addressed to individual users and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679.

Data we collect

Data retention

Account and transaction data is retained for as long as your subscription is active and for a minimum of five years thereafter to meet legal and accounting obligations. Usage data is retained for up to 24 months.

Third parties

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting (Cloudflare). We may disclose data to competent authorities if required by law. No transfers outside the EU/EEA are planned; where required, adequate safeguards apply.

We use strictly necessary cookies for session security and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights
